CITY CLERK RCVD VIA EMAIL 5/26/2020:
My fellow citizens and I request that the following be made available as soon as possible:

Any and all communications between the City of Garden Grove, city staff, authorized city personnel and Steelcraft including but not limited to letters, emails, texts and other correspondence.
A copy of the policy and procedure for the public to communicate with City Staff during a council meetings and the date it was approved.
A copy of the request letter for deferment from Steelcraft to the City.
The nature and extent of what appears to be a relationship between Steelcraft and City Staff.

The above request is being made pursuant to the California Public Records Act and the Federal Freedom of Information Act. My fellow citizens and I thank you in advance for responding within 10 days of the date of this email.
