Pursuant to my rights under the California Public Records Act (Government Code Section 6250 et seq.) I am asking to obtain the following information regarding current Garden Grove City Council Member Diedre Thu-Ha Nguyen:
1. Nguyen’s monthly monetary compensation from the City from November 1, 2016 to present, including compensation for any other boards, commissions, and joint powers authorities that Nguyen has served on;
2. Description and monthly value of Nguyen benefits package (including employer contributions to her health insurance, life insurance, pension, and all other benefits) from the City from November 1, 2016 to present;
3. Details of all reimbursements, including travel reimbursements, from the City to Nguyen, from November 1, 2016 to present. Please include all available backup documentation on these reimbursements, including copies of invoices and receipts;
4. Details of all travel, conference, meeting expenses (whether reimbursed or paid directly by the City) incurred by the City for Nguyen from November 1, 2016 to present. Please include all available backup documentation on these expenses, including copies of invoices, purchase orders and receipts;
5. Details of all charges incurred by Nguyen on any City-issued credit card from November 1, 2016 to present. Please include all available backup documentation on these expenses, including credit card statements, copies of invoices, and receipts;
6. The annual values of any vehicle allowances given by the City to Nguyen from November 1, 2016 to present. Also, if Nguyen has received a City-issued vehicle during this time, please provide the date range of her use of this vehicle as well as the vehicle's make, model, and year;
7. The annual values of any cellular phone allowances given by the City to Nguyen from November 1, 2016 to present. Also, if Nguyen has received a City-issued cellular phone during this time period, please provide the date range when she had this phone, and please also provide details of the phone's brand and model;
8. Details of charges to any City gasoline card incurred by Nguyen from November 1, 2016 to present;
9. The value of any computer, tablet or laptop issued by the City to Nguyen from November 1, 2016 to present. Also, if the City has issued Nguyen any of these devices during this time period, please provide the date range when she had the device(s), and please also provide details of the brand and model;
10. The annual values of any other allowances, payments or other items of value given by the City to Nguyen from November 1, 2016 to present;
11. All Nguyen’s Ballot Designations and Candidate Statements used for the 2016, 2018 and 2020 elections;
12. All Nguyen’s Statements of Economic Interest (Form 700s) filed from 2016 to present;
13. All Form 801, Form 802, Form 803, and Form 806 filings pertaining to Nguyen from November 1, 2016 to present. In addition, please provide a list of gifts received by Nguyen from November 1, 2016 to present.
14. All emails sent to Diedre Nguyen since January 1, 2020 to present and please include all attachments;
15. All emails sent by Diedre Nguyen since January 1, 2020 to present and please include all attachments;
16. Copies of all public calendars of Diedre Nguyen since November 1, 2016 - present.

This request reasonably describes identifiable records that are not exempt from disclosure. Therefore, I
ask that you please make these documents promptly available in compliance with the California Public
Records Act (Government Code Section 6250 et seq.). To the extent possible, please provide the
documents in electronic format rather than hard copy.

If necessary, please produce these documents on a rolling basis as they become available. Also, please
