I have been informed by Sandra Segawa, Purchasing Division Manager that PARS was awarded the contract following the pension trust administration and investment management services RFP (S-1256) can you specify what services the firm will be responsible for? Has the firm been hired as an administrator/recordkeeper or a lead consultant? The city has also issued an RFP for investment management and portfolio services (S-1265) can you specify what services the successful firm will be responsible for? Is this search for what the city would consider a lead or general consultant?
