The cell tower payments provided are for the only cell tower maintained on City property. The City of Garden Grove was notified in 2014 that Crown Castle took over for AT&T. All small cell facilities located on the light standards in the public right-of-way only get permits through the Building Dept., and their leases are through Edison.
All building permit records are now available online.
