1. Copy of current contract and addendums
2. Copy of bid submitted by current contractor
3. Invoices and work logs for the past 6 months

Included in the zip file attached below are the following documents pertaining to your request:
1. The agreement by and between the City of Garden Grove and Graffiti Protective Coatings Inc.
2. The invoices for Graffiti Protective Coatings Inc. for the services performed in the last 6 months, along with the itemized work logs. The most recent invoice processed was for January 2020. The City has not yet submitted payment for February and March of 2020.
No bid was submitted to the City of Garden Grove for this agreement. The City's agreement was based off of a competitively bid upon agreement with the City of Santa Ana. The City of Garden Grove adopted a similar agreement that was approved by the City Council on February 12, 2019. Please see the agenda item and proposed contract that was agreed upon at the link below:
