Looking for geotechnical reports/ soil/geology reports associated with the construction of the building that is currently a Target site located at 12100 Harbor Blvd in Garden Grove . Any reports for preexisting structures at the site would be useful as well. I do not currently know when the building was constructed but from aerial photos it was sometime between 1963 and 1972.
