Hi Juan, I'd like to have a copy of a traffic survey (a count of traffic and any other info used to set speed limits) which an attorney friend said might help me in my attempt to have a judge dismiss a photo citation I received for red light infraction going southbound on Brookhurst St. at Westminster Avenue on June 27, 2019, at about 11-11:30am.

When I described over the phone yesterday what I thought my friend meant you thought that timing sheets (June through November 2019) might also be helpful. So, please include any additional records you think might be useful to my case.
