To whom it may concern,
My school is asking that I report any fines that I have received that are over $1000. In 2016, I was given a $1000 citation for 'allowing nudity in a cafe' by the Garden Grove PD. I have already gone to the PD and I was told to come to city hall. I am asking to obtain a copy of the full record of this incident to hand back to my school.
