I submitted the attached request through the OCFA and was told that because the incident happened prior to 8/19/2019, that I need to contact Garden Grove for the fire incident report. Please see the attached and let me know how much the report will be and if there is also a fire investigation report that was performed as I would also like to get that investigation report.
