Per the Economic Development Division, the empty lot you are inquiring about is slated for a second hotel to be built by the same developer as the existing Sheraton Hotel, which is Garden Grove, LLC., per the original Development Agreement.
The developer has an Exclusive Negotiation Agreement with the City and is currently exploring the possibility of expanding the current site through additional land acquisitions.
