To whom it concerns,
On behalf of Mr. Yong Sik Choi, property owner of 8142 Garden Grove Blvd., Garden Grove, CA, may I request for all historical building records/permits for the property mentioned above? The purpose is to locate the former underground storage tanks and former dispenser areas at the property.
Background:
As the property enrollment with the State Water Resources Control Board Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Program, FREY Environmental, Inc. (retained environmental consultant for Mr. Choi) is actively conducting corrective actions in accordance with the SWRCB and Orange County Health Care Agency.
