1. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings of every incident involving the discharge of a firearm at a person by Officer Adam Coughran.

2. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings for any incident in which the use of force by Officer Adam Coughran against a person resulted in death, or in great bodily injury.

3. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings for any incident in which a sustained finding was made by any law enforcement agency or oversight agency that Officer Adam Coughran engaged in sexual assault involving a member of the public.

4. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings for any incident in which a sustained finding was made by any law enforcement agency or oversight agency of dishonesty by Officer Adam Coughran for the reporting, investigation, or prosecution of a crime, or directly relating to the reporting of, or investigation of misconduct by, another peace officer or custodial officer, including, but not limited to, any sustained finding of perjury, false statements, filing false reports, destruction, falsifying, or concealing of evidence.

5. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings of every incident involving the discharge of a firearm at a person by Sergeant Jonathan Wainwright.

6. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings for any incident in which the use of force by Sergeant Jonathan Wainwright against a person resulted in death, or in great bodily injury.

7. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings for any incident in which a sustained finding was made by any law enforcement agency or oversight agency that Sergeant Jonathan Wainwright engaged in sexual assault involving a member of the public.

8. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings for any incident in which a sustained finding was made by any law enforcement agency or oversight agency of dishonesty by Sergeant Jonathan Wainwright for the reporting, investigation, or prosecution of a crime, or directly relating to the reporting of, or investigation of misconduct by, another peace officer or custodial officer, including, but not limited to, any sustained finding of perjury, false statements, filing false reports, destruction, falsifying, or concealing of evidence.

9. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings of every incident involving the discharge of a firearm at a person by Officer Tim Ashbaugh.

10. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings for any incident in which the use of force by Officer Tim Ashbaugh against a person resulted in death, or in great bodily injury.

11. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings for any incident in which a sustained finding was made by any law enforcement agency or oversight agency that Officer Tim Ashbaugh engaged in sexual assault involving a member of the public.

12. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings for any incident in which a sustained finding was made by any law enforcement agency or oversight agency of dishonesty by Officer Tim Ashbaugh for the reporting, investigation, or prosecution of a crime, or directly relating to the reporting of, or investigation of misconduct by, another peace officer or custodial officer, including, but not limited to, any sustained finding of perjury, false statements, filing false reports, destruction, falsifying, or concealing of evidence.

13. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings of every incident involving the discharge of a firearm at a person by Officer Rafael Loera.

14. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings for any incident in which the use of force by Officer Rafael Loera against a person resulted in death, or in great bodily injury.

15. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings for any incident in which a sustained finding was made by any law enforcement agency or oversight agency that Officer Rafael Loera engaged in sexual assault involving a member of the public.

16. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings for any incident in which a sustained finding was made by any law enforcement agency or oversight agency of dishonesty by Officer Rafael Loera for the reporting, investigation, or prosecution of a crime, or directly relating to the reporting of, or investigation of misconduct by, another peace officer or custodial officer, including, but not limited to, any sustained finding of perjury, false statements, filing false reports, destruction, falsifying, or concealing of evidence.

17. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings of every incident involving the discharge of a firearm at a person by Officer Matthew Marchand.

18. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings for any incident in which the use of force by Officer Matthew Marchand against a person resulted in death, or in great bodily injury.

19. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings for any incident in which a sustained finding was made bay any law enforcement agency or oversight agency that Officer Matthew Marchand engaged in sexual assault involving a member of the public.

20. Any and all records relating to any report, investigation, or findings for any incident in which a sustained finding was made by any law enforcement agency or oversight agency of dishonesty by Officer Matthew Marchand for the reporting, investigation, or prosecution of a crime, or directly relating to the reporting of, or investigation of misconduct by, another peace officer or custodial officer, including, but not limited to, any sustained finding of perjury, false statements, filing false reports, destruction, falsifying, or concealing of evidence.
