I would like a report on the following:

1. A list of all tow truck operators doing business with the Garden Grove Police Department, Garden Grove Fire Department or any other City department, or any outside agency contracted to or working on behalf of the City of Garden Grove.

2. I would like to know the addresses of any impound lots used by the companies or agencies listed in (1) above.

3. I would like this information to cover the last ten years of available records.

4. I would like to know the total amount of monies paid to the companies listed in (1).
