1) All citizen complaints regarding municipal code violations reported at 12181 Saint Mark Street, Garden Grove, CA 92845
2) All non-exempt and non-privileged documents related to the enforcement of municipal codes at 12181 Saint Mark Street, Garden Grove, CA 92845.
I ask for a determination on this request within 10 days of your receipt of it, and an even prompter reply if you can make that determination without having to review the record[s] in question.

Thank you for the prompt response, Ms. Pomeroy. Just to confirm, there is an anonymous citizen complaint responsive to this request, but the city is exercising its right under California Government Code 6254(f) to withhold its release at this time?
Per your request for records regarding Code Enforcement violations at 12181 Saint Mark Street, there are no records responsive as the City of Garden Grove Code Enforcement has an ongoing investigation on a complaint submitted anonymously for this property.
