Dear Sirs/Madams:

Please send us copies of all communications leases / licenses and payment histories for cell towers, rooftop antenna installations, small cell installations which are constructed on city owned or managed property, atop city street furniture, or in the public right-of-way (ROW).

We are only interested in active leases / licenses (not those that have been decommissioned / cancelled), and only such leases / licenses that were executed between 01/01/1980 and the present.
