Per the City of Garden Grove's Business License Division, based on the available search criteria, no results were found for any active business licenses for any internet cafes or cyber cafes.

For information on how to get one started, the first step is to check with the City's Planning Services Division to ensure the location(s) under consideration are zoned for that type of business. Part of that determination will depend on the intended number of computers. See Garden Grove Municipal Code Chapter 8.82 for additional information.
