I am requesting the fire incident report and fire investigation report for a structure fire that occurred on 06/04/2018 between 5:30-6:30 pm (approximate). The fire occurred at 9572 Washington Avenue, Apt. #3 and involved two burn injuries. I am a fire investigator who was hired by the insurance company holding the policy on the owner's building. A letter of request is attached.
