911 transcripts for a call placed on 2/26/18 from Westminster Villa Retirement Home address is 13881 Dawson St. Garden Grove. Call came in around 11:20 am regarding a possible choking incident. I would like to know the time the call came in and when paramedics arrived to the facility.
