I am requesting video surveillance from the eastbound intersection of Covey Way and Chapman Ave on March 25, 2018 between 4:50pm and 5:05pm. There was a collision heading eastbound with a vehicle turning right onto Covey Way and a motorized scooter on the sidewalk heading eastbound towards Brookhurst St.
