Requesting all notes, including medical, on Jordan A36745921 who was held at Orange County Humane Society. Also requesting the name of the Rescue he went to. My last prr said this was and invalid number. It is a valid number from the February income/outcome ( see attached). It is the only number, there is no Garden Grove intake number.
