Under the California Public Records Act, I am requesting the following records:

Electronic copies of the Garden Grove Police Department's written policies and standards for officers' responses to domestic violence calls, as the department is required to have under California Code Penal Code 13701.

I would prefer electronic or scanned copies sent via email, but if you decide to send it via CD, please send to 2190 S. Towne Centre Pl, Anaheim, CA 92806.

I request that the city responds as required by Government Code Section 6253. If the city claims the right to withhold any record or a portion of any record, please describe with specificity the basis for withholding the information.

Please respond within the 10 days allotted under the Act, and let me know before processing this request if you believe the fees may exceed $10.
