Dear Ms. Phan,
Per the Garden Grove Police Department, a search for reports generated for 11741 Samuel Drive, from 2010 to 2015, yielded no results. As for calls for service, there are only three that were generated in 2017 and no reports taken.
5/30/17: Calling party reporting illegal fireworks being set off in the area. Unknown from where.
10/15/17: Calling party reporting suspicious subjects parked in driveway of residence.
11/24/17: Calling party reporting unknown numerous people at residence.
