Hello Denise, this is what my client is asking for. Please give us what you can that falls within this description:
“Any and all documents, including permits, plans, and/or dimensions, relating to any work performed related to the basketball court located at Residence Inn by Marriott, 11931 Harbor Boulevard in Garden Grove, California, including but not limited to the construction, modification, alteration, and/or expansion of this basketball court from 1998 to the present.”

This letter shall serve as notification of the City’s intent to comply with your request for public records, pursuant to the California Public Records Act (the “Act”) (Government Code §6250 et seq.).
The City's Planning Services Division staff is in the process of searching their files to determine if there are any records responsive to your request. Thereafter any and all disclosable, non-exempt and non-privileged public records, available from the Planning Services Division, that are deemed responsive to your request will be made promptly available to you. Building Service Division records were provided for this request on December 21, 2017.

The Garden Grove Planning Services Division is also checking their files to see if they have any information responsive to this request, however they will be unable to complete their search before the first of the year.
City Hall will be closed Friday, December 22, 2017 through Monday, January, 1, 2018. Records Requests will not be processed during this time. Happy Holidays!

Denise, I forgot to put if we could get the responsive documents this week, that would help me alot. Thanks Again.
Please find attached a copy of the Staff Report, Plans, and Resolution regarding the Marriott located at 11931 Harbor Blvd. While there is nothing specific regarding approval of a basketball court, the Staff Report references a sport court in the courtyard area and the sport court is shown on the plans.
