I would like to request:

1. Maintenance records for the sewer line in Manley Street - the stretch of sewer running from Lampson Ave south to around 12561 Manley St. Would like to obtain copies of the maintenance records going back as far as possible, to the 1970s.

2. Has the sewer line in this area been replaced at any time since it was installed? If so, when?

3. Information on the depth of the sewer line, size, and construction materials.

4. Has the city reportedly conducted smoke testing and video inspection of the sewer line, especially in the vicinity of monitoring well MW-14. The Water Board has requested that we obtain a copy of the video log.
