Camera Red Light Ticket: GG103440PE
Incident Date: August 2017
Location: Intersection of Harbor Blvd. and Trask Ave.
Requesting:
1) Any and all records establishing the below equipment are regularly monitored, maintained, and calibrated:
a. Camera
b. Traffic lights
c. Speed detection system
2) Any and all records that all the equipment listed in item #1 were regularly monitored, maintained, and calibrated by qualified personnel(s), including, but not limited to, their training to perform on these equipment.
3) Any and all records of the equipment listed in item #1 of their past and current failures and glitches.
4) Manufacturer's testimony establishing all the equipment listed in item #1 was in perfect working condition at the time the picture was taken.
5) Any and all records establishing how the camera system accurately and successfully identify drivers in similar incidents, including, but not limited to, its success and failure areas.
