Intersection of Exit 13 from I-22 eastbound, onto Fairview. Accident on 8/22/17 took place as person exiting eastbound 22 turned left on left arrow and was broadsided. I need 1) measurements of intersection; 2) number of accidents at intersection in five years prior to 8/22/17; and 3) timing of signal lights. Case is being litigated -- I need to establish liability (person ran red light and hit my client). Thank you.

The intersection of Exit 13 from I-22 eastbound onto Fairview Street is under the jurisdiction of the State of California (Caltrans), therefore the City of Garden Grove has no records responsive to item #'s 1 and 3 of your request.
In regards to item #2 , the number of accidents at that intersection from August 2012 through August 2017, is 23.
