Hi there, I'm not sure I'm submitting this in the right place but I believe I am following my father-in-laws instructions on how to do this. If this is the wrong spot for this request, I apologize.

My wife and I recently bought our first home at 8552 Marylee Dr, Garden Grove 92841 and are building an ADU off of the existing garage. A few weeks ago we had permit fee come up for the ADU for $9,500. I was not there when it was paid and am trying to find out what this was for. My father-in-law said to request a fee justification. Any insight into this would be appreciated.
