I request to get video and/or pictures from the camera located at Westminster with Bowen facing south to Bowen direction. This is for 10/06/2017 between 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
This is to clarify the circumstances of an accident between a silver Hyundai-Elantra and Black Toyota high-lander south to Westminster in Bowen.

Per the Garden Grove Traffic Engineering Division, the City's Traffic Management cameras at the intersection of Westminster and Bowen do not record, therefore there are no video records of the incident that occurred on October 6, 2017.
