We are writing a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for property at 11450 Markon Drive, Garden Grove, 92641.

We are requesting Building Department permits for the building including grading, initial construction permit, TIs, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, soils reports.

We are also requesting Fire Department records, especially UST and AST installations and/or removals, Haz-Mat disclosures, Haz-mat or haz-waste incidents, and any Fire responses and inspections.

Formerly we had submitted requests for records directly to the Fire Department, but I could not locate the form on your website. We also were able to phone the clerk at the Building Department for building permits, but that does not look like it is how you want us to proceed.
