1. Any and all complaints about the condition of the sidewalk in the area of 6762 Chapman Avenue, this includes complaints about tree roots raising the sidewalk;
2. Permits that were issued for sidewalk excavation and/or other construction work on the sidewalk at 6762 Chapman Avenue;
3. Construction plans for work on the sidewalk at 6762 Chapman Avenue;
4. Progress photos of any construction work done at 6762 Chapman Avenue;
5. Any and all documentation related to the placing of construction cones at 6762 Chapman Avenue;
6. Any and all complaints you have received of people tripping at falling at 6762 Chapman Avenue;
7. Any and all documentation you have related to plans to repair the sidewalk at 6762 Chapman Avenue;
8. Any and all written, recorded, emailed or typed statements photographs, witness statements, reports, measurements, notes and videos from any investigation of falls that have occurred at 6762 Chapman Avenue;
9. All repair and maintenance records associated with the sidewalk at 6762 Chapman Avenue.

Re: Request for Public Records – Notice of Extension
City of Garden Grove
Dear Ms. Castronovo:
The City of Garden Grove has received your records request dated October 3, 2017, requesting information regarding the sidewalk located in the area of 6762 Chapman Avenue in Garden Grove. This letter shall serve as notification of the City’s intent to comply with your request for public records, pursuant to the California Public Records Act (the “Act”) (Government Code §6250 et seq.).
The City is in the process of evaluating this request and is compiling records in an effort to make a determination as to whether the request seeks copies of disclosable public records in the possession of the City of Garden Grove. However, notice is hereby given that the time limit to make this initial determination under the code shall be extended by fourteen (14) days to October 30, 2017, pursuant to Government Code §6253, for the following reasons:
(a) The extension of time is reasonable and necessary for the proper processing of the request.
(b) Responsive records, to the extent they exist, may be located in several different departments.
As noted above, the City’s written determination as to whether the request seeks copies of disclosable, non-exempt and non-privileged public records in the possession of the agency shall be sent to you on or about October 30, 2017. Pursuant to the Act, thereafter any and all disclosable, non-exempt and non-privileged public records that are deemed responsive to your request will be made promptly available to you.
