Residential code enforcement violations written between 6/1/2017 & 8/25/2017
To include:
* Residential Structures that are vacant and open to trespass
* Residential Properties with grass or weeds in excess of city's height limit
* Residential Structures without a current city certificate of occupancy
* Residential Properties on the City's vacant property registry (if applicable)

Please click on the link below to access records responsive to your request regarding current code violations, abandoned properties and certificates of occupancy on residential properties in the city of Garden Grove.
Per Garden Grove Code Enforcement, please be advised that all yard maintenance violations are included. The City does not break out overgrown grass from other yard/vegetation violations. Code Enforcement only addresses unsecured buildings, they do not differentiate between vacant and occupied. The list provided for vacant/abandoned properties only contains properties that have been registered with the City as vacant/abandoned.
Per the Garden Grove Building Services Division, single family residential properties in Garden Grove consider the building permit of the residence to be the certificate of occupancy. Any further information is not available.
