Hello, is it possible to email me my dog's certification records of her vaccinations, spay record, and her registration from the O.C. Animal Shelter? Is that I moved to Riverside county and would need these in order to register my dog.
It is under the name of Flor Muro and my dog's permanent ID # is 503878. Our previous street address was 11542 Jacalene ln., Garden Grove, 92840. My dog is female and her name is Sophie.
