Pursuant to the California Public Records Act Cal. Gov. Code 6250, et seq., I respectfully request a photocopy of all documents sent to or received from Land & Design, Inc. during the period of January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013 related to Site "C" including, but not limited to, letters, presentations, proformas, proposals, brochures and electronic mails.
