Under the California Public Records Act, I would like to review the following information for any incidents investigated by Garden Grove PD involving Rick Moore (ex- Los Alamitos Police Captain), Amanda Jensen (ex-Westminster City Clerk) or under the name Amanda Coats, or both individuals (Moore and Jensen/Coats):

Time and date of the incident or complaint
Location of the incident or complaint
The substance of the complaint
Time, date and nature of the law enforcement response
Time and date of any law enforcement report on the incident
Name and age of the parties involved and any individuals detained or arrested
The factual circumstances surrounding the incident
A general description of any injuries, property, or weapons involved in the incident
All recordings of calls for assistance, such as 911 calls

This information is all public under section 6254(f) of the California Public Records Act.
