I am a home owner living in Garden Grove city, near the city hall. I noticed this house is under Garden Grove Housing Authority. I am interest it in purchasing this house if it's available for sale. I would appreciate a response from someone on the history of the house and it's current status, whether it's up for sale. If it's up for sale, what are the requirements for me to purchase this home?
