Hi Denise,
Thank you for your prompt response. The owner would definitely like copies of the plan. Is there any way you can e-mail me a PDF of the Application for Plan Duplication and we could mail it in with the $30.00 or do we need to come in person since we both normally work 9-5pm weekdays and it's difficult to come in.

Please note the following correction on the previous email sent. The first sentence in the response should read "The City has copies of the original set of plans for the properties located at 9602 and 9612 Alwood Avenue on microfilm." , not "the City does not have copies".

Dear Ms. Amsell,

The City does not have copies of the original set of plans for the properties located at 9602 and 9612 Alwood Avenue on microfilm. To obtain copies of plans, you would need to come in and fill out an "Application for Plan Duplication". The fee for plan duplication is $30.00. City staff will send Certified letters to the Architect of records and the property owner requesting permission to have copies of the requested plans duplicated .

If you only need to verify certain information off of the plans you may come in to view them at the Garden Grove Building Service's counter. The City's does not maintain copies of tenant improvement plans, therefore there are no records to this request.
