Hello, I would like to review a listing of all incomes and outcomes of Garden Grove animals at OC Humane Society for the period of 4/1/2017 - 4/30/2017. This would include all intakes (strays, owner surrenders, returns) , adoptions, redeemed, euthanized. Thank you.
I would also like to request OC Humane Society's reported summation of statistics for their total animals impounded, adopted, redeemed, surrendered by owners, and euthanized for Feb 2017, March 2017. Thank you.

Dear Ms. Oda:
The City of Garden Grove has received your records request dated May 16, 2017, requesting a list of all incomes and outcomes of Garden Grove animals at OC Humane Society for the period of April 1, 2017 through April 30, 2017 This letter shall serve as notification of the City’s intent to comply with your request for public records, pursuant to the California Public Records Act (the “Act”) (Government Code §6250 et seq.).
The City is in the process of evaluating this request and is compiling records in an effort to make a determination as to whether the request seeks copies of disclosable public records in the possession of the City of Garden Grove. However, notice is hereby given that the time limit to make this initial determination shall be extended to June 13, 2017, pursuant to Government Code §6253, for the following reasons:
(a) The extension of time is reasonable and necessary for the proper processing of the request.
(b) Responsive records, to the extent they exist, may be located in several different departments.
As noted above, the City’s written determination as to whether the request seeks copies of disclosable, non-exempt and non-privileged public records in the possession of the agency shall be sent to you on or about June 13, 2017. Pursuant to the Act, thereafter any and all disclosable, non-exempt and non-privileged public records that are deemed responsive to your request will be made promptly available to you.
