Subject: Request for Documents regarding RFP for Loan Portfolio Management

Dear Tim,

The City of Garden Grove had issued an informal RFP for Loan Portfolio Management services in which proposals were due March 9, 2017. AmeriNat is please and honored to have been awarded this bid.

AmeriNat would like to make a Public Records Request for copies of all proposals submitted in response to this RFP (other than AmeriNat's).

Please let me know the cost of duplication for the requested documents so that a company check can be requested. You may also provide these documents to me electronically if this is more convenient for you.
