Our firm is currently performing a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment on a property located in Garden Grove, California. We are required to investigate current and past use of the property and adjacent properties to help determine if there have been any recognized environmental conditions that may have impacted the following sites:
1. 47-49 Grove Avenue, Garden Grove, CA 92843
2. 41 Grove Avenue, Garden Grove, CA 92843
