I have the GGFD Incident Report (13 pgs) for Incident No. G1404010. The incident occurred on May 1, 2014 at approximately 19:01:29 at 8961 Tracy Avenue. The Incident Report references “Investigator Jacobs and I conducted a cause & origin investigation. The cause of the fire remains undetermined after investigation.” Was there another report prepared? If so then I need to request the additional report.

After a thorough search of their files, the Garden Grove Fire Department has determined that there are no additional reports regarding the investigation for the incident that occurred on May 1, 2014, at the property located at 8961 Tracy Avenue, therefore there are no records responsive to your request.
Please note, several other agencies responded to this incident. Please contact the City of Anaheim and the City of Orange for additional information.
