The Center is a nonprofit Labor/Management Trust that specializes in the monitoring of public works projects, to ensure that all laws governing public construction are observed by contractors and awarding agencies alike. As a matter of routine procedure, records are checked for any irregularities.

With the above-mentioned in mind, please consider this a formal request for copies of documents on the above reference project.

We are request these documents pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Government Code Section 6250, et. seq. We are requesting who the three lowest bidders are and their bid amounts.
