Good afternoon,
There was an incident that occurred on 01/21/2017 sometime between 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm at the intersection of Haster Street and Lampson. Pedestrian, Santiago Sanchez was transported to UCI.
I need to confirm if your office made a report and if so, could you please advise where we should mail request and the cost of retrieving this report. A separate request for a Traffic Collision Report has been sent to GGPD.
