Hello City of Garden Grove, my name is Aaron and I'm a local real estate investor here in Orange County. After a very helpful call from Denise in the clerk's office, she brought me here. I simply wanted to make a public records request for properties with code violations such as high grass, vacancy, broken windows, and distressed properties in general.
