We have been hired to perform an Environmental and Engineering Assessment of the above referenced property. In accordance with lender requirements, we are required to contact local agencies and ask the following:
1. Are there any open code violations for the property (building code violations, fire code violations, zoning code violations or health code violations)?
2. What is the current zoning designation for the property?
3. What was the prior use history for the site (if not vacant, what was the land used for prior to the construction of the current property)?
4. Can you provide us with copies of the certificates of occupancy?
5. Are there any water wells at the property?
6. Do you have any records related to the presence of (or history of) underground and/or above ground storage tanks at the property?
A verbal or emailed response with the results of your records review/knowledge of the subject is satisfactory. If there is someone else I should contact or an official form required to get these questions answered, please let me know at your earliest convenience.
