Hello Denise,

Thank you for sending a copy of the Admin Plan but I was more interested in the "Financial Policies and Internal Control Procedures" for the section 8 housing choice voucher program. This is a separate document that a Housing Authority must have to meet HUD requirements. This is the internal procedures for how a transaction is performed and the roles of various staff.
