I’m writing an article about the crime rates in Garden Grove and I would like to request the crime incident records during the years 2014, 2015, and 2016. I’m comparing the crime rates to the number of employed officers during that year, so I would also like to request the number of officers/public safety officers who were employed during the years 2014, 2015, 2016. The specified crimes are homicide, auto theft, theft, and rape.
If it's possible, I would like to get information on both Part 1 and Part 2 crimes
