When submitting requests through this portal for public records— are the following identifiers recorded and kept?

This would include IP address, domain, user-agent information (browser, operating system, etc), client properties and so forth.

Its interesting to inquire, given the uptick in recent time of "anonymous" requests.

Dear Mr. Begelman,

Per the City's Information Technology Department, the City does not record any of the mentioned information as part of the Public Records Request System. The only identifying information the City does keep is the optional contact information: name, company name, address, phone number, email, and whatever identifying information that is provided in the context of the request itself.
