Pursuant to my rights under the California Public Records Act (Government Code Section 6250 et seq.), I ask for:

For Fire Department ambulance services,

1. Statement of emergency medical services revenue from billing agency, Care Ambulance, for FY 2015-2016

2. Any study or staff report determine the Fire Department's tax liability for revenue for billing codes A0429, A0427 and A0433 as a result of SB1300 and any projected revenue decreases or increases as a result of SB1300.

3. Any proposed cost sharing agreements with Garden Grove Fire Department billing agency, Care Ambulance in regards to 5.1% tax owed on codes A0429, A0427 and A0433.

I ask for a determination on this request within 10 days of your receipt of it, and an even prompter reply if you can make that determination without having to review the record.

Please click on link below to access the information responsive to item #1 of your request regarding the statement of emergency medical services revenue from Care Ambulance for FY 2015-2016.

Per Care Ambulance, SB 1300 isn't an enacted piece of legislation. Additionally, this would not affect City of Garden Grove's revenue in any way. Therefore, item #'s 2 and 3 on this request are not applicable to the City of Garden Grove.
