To Record Specialist,
This is Nori Komatsu with Kajima Associates, Inc. in Los Angeles. We are architectural firm and our client is looking for record drawings at 7421 Orangewood Ave. Garden Grove (East of House Food). When I stopped by the Building Department, I was told that the City does not keep any drawings. However, I found this website and some people received the drawings. We already obtained building permit record. If you find any drawings, please send them to us. Thank you so much for your cooperation regarding this matter.

Dear Norihiro,
Minor building plans/blue prints are only kept for 2 years after the project has been completed. The City has no record of drawings after this time for the property located at 7421 Orangewood Avenue, however staff was able to locate the original plans for the property. An application form has to be submitted to obtain the original plans, as approval is required from the owner/architecture.
