Thank you. I actually need the "Violation Notice" that was sent to Hometown Buffet. This was information about the service. The City sent Hometown a violation notice regarding servicing their grease interceptor and conducting good business practices to prevent this type of accident in the future. I'm requesting a copy of that notice.
